1. Custom Product Policy
All branded apparel and sports uniforms are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues, design changes, or buyer’s remorse once production has begun.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly branded, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund as a credit to your account unless otherwise authorized by management.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-branded apparel (e.g., team uniforms, personalized gear)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Bulk orders unless defective
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues on custom items. Please refer to our /size-guideSize Guide before placing your order.
5. Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
